Our Customer and Support Services Team are the first point of contact for customers, helping you with all the queries you have about your tenancy and your home, such as:
- Reporting repair requests
- Rent account and statement queries
- Making rent account and recharge payments
- Reporting neighbourhood issues
- Reporting estate management issues
Our Aim
We will provide you with excellent customer services and will do our very best to help you. However if, at first contact we are unable to deal with your query, we will pass you to a member of staff with the appropriate knowledge.
