We try to make it as easy as possible for tenants to pay their rent and offer as many different payment options as possible. A list of available payment options can be found below. If you have any questions or need help with any of the payment options, please contact your Housing Services Coordinator on 01686 627476 or alternatively you can request information on-line using the Existing Tenants section of this website.

>> Pay at PayPoint shops
PayPoint outlets are normally located in convenience stores and service stations. You can make a payment using cash, cheque or debit card.
Please Note: You will need your "AllPay" payment card with you. |

>> Pay by Direct Debit
You can set up a direct debit to pay your rent either weekly or monthly. Your payment will then be automatically collected.
Please contact Housing Services to request a direct debit mandate. |

>> Pay at the Post Office
Pay at any Post Office using cash, cheque or debit card.
Please Note: You will need your "AllPay" payment card with you. |

>> Pay by Post
You can post your payment to us by sending a cheque or postal order to one of our offices.
Please do not send cash through the post. |

>> Pay at our Office
Visit us at our head office in Newtown or at our area office in Llandrindod Wells and make a payment by cash or cheque.
Alternatively, you can telephone our office on 01686 627476 and pay by debit or credit card.
Please Note: Cheques should be made payable to Mid-Wales Housing Association. |
