Emergency Repairs
If the repair that you wish to report is an emergency, it is recommended that you contact one of our Asset Management Team by phone on 0300 111 3030 to ensure that the repair is dealt with as soon as possible.
Emergency repairs are necessary when there is a danger to health and safety or when serious damage to the property will occur. Examples of this are:
- Burst pipe or tank
- Gas leak
- Fire or risk of fire
- A dangerous collapsed wall
- A leaking roof
- Total loss of electrical power
- Unsafe electrical fitting
- Total loss of water supply
- Partial loss of gas supply
- Partial loss of heating (space or water) between October and April
- Blocked foul drain
- Loss of toilet facilities
- Insecure window, door or lock
All repair requests will be passed to and dealt with by our Asset Management Team as soon as possible. (Please note: all fields marked * are required).
