Management team
The Association is organised into two departments as follows:
- Corporate Services – which consists of the Customer & Support Services Section, Finance Section and Information & Performance Section.
- Operational Services – which consists of the Asset Management Section, Development Section and Housing Services Section.
Both departments are headed by a Director and together with the Chief Executive they form the Association’s Executive Group. They are responsible for achieving the objectives and strategies agreed in the Business Plan. Each Section is led by a Section Manager, and together these form the Association’s Operational Management Team, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services.
