Nightmare Tenant Evicted (July 2010)
Mid-Wales Housing Association recently evicted a nightmare tenant who lived on the Trehafren estate in Newtown on grounds of anti-social behaviour, allowing the remainder of its tenants on the estate to return to a peaceful life once again.
