Our properties

We have properties throughout Powys and Ceredigion for rent. The locations where we currently have properties are listed below, together with some sample images. A colour booklet containing details of our properties is also available in the Downloads section of this website.

Our properties range from 1 to 2 bedroom flats and bungalows to 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

In certain areas, such as villages, affordable housing has been provided subject to certain planning restrictions i.e. Section 106 Agreements. In these circumstances we are only able to house people with a local connection to the area. A colour booklet containing further information on our Lettings Policy is also available in the Downloads section of this website.

Housing With Support

We also have supported housing properties throughout Powys and Ceredigion. At these properties tenants are able to get the support they require: this could be as little as a few hours a day up to 24 hour support from staff.

Some tenants may need indefinite support or just for a short period of time and for many different reasons. Support is provided by specialist agencies.
