Plans & Projects

We are committed to an ongoing programme of development projects so that we can continue to address the housing needs of Powys and Ceredigion. We do this by working with our local authority partners and we undertake new building projects through our membership of the Undod consortium. It is our aim to continue to develop and grow into the future using a variety of methods and funding sources.

Details of our current projects and future plans are listed below:

New Development, Vaynor

We are excited to announce that Mid Wales Housing Association are due to commence the development adjacent to Heol Pengwern, Vaynor shortly. The site will be prepared and the site boundary fencing erected week commencing 13th June 2011 (please see attached plan), which means that access through the site will no longer be available.
